We admit 15 children into each year group. As a result, we have mostly mixed age classes.

Our classes are organised as follows:

Barton Class - Reception

Palmer Class - Year 1 and Year 2

Moore Class - Year 3 and Year 4

Cameron Class - Year 5 and Year 6

Each class will typically have 30 pupils except for Barton which is a class of 15 pupils.

As our pupils from Years 1 to 6 are taught in mixed year groups classes, we focus on teaching the skills relevant to their ability whilst delivering knowledge content that is appropriate for their age group.  This means that, for example, across Year 3 and Year 4 the pupils will have learned the Cycle A and Cycle B curriculum and by the time they leave Year 4 they will have been taught the full Year 3 and Year 4 curriculum.
